If Filo Tag does not ring, does it mean that the battery is flat?

If Filo Tag in the app is disconnected (gray), press the button on your tracker twice consecutively:

if Filo Tag does not emit any sound, it means that the CR2032 battery inside has run out and needs to be replaced.

Consult the procedure to replace it quickly and easily!
