On Android smartphones (from Android 8 or later) the Filo App will show you a permanent notification on the top bar of the screen.
The notification informs you about the status of the Filo app and informs you that the service is running in the background. On some devices, it helps the app not to be closed by the phone's battery power saving setting or the smartphone's memory manager.
We recommend that you keep all notifications enabled to best ensure the continued functionality of the app on your device.
Did you accidentally disable persistent notification?
- Reopen the Filo app
Have you disabled the persistent notification?
- Go to ypur smartphpne settings to reactivate backgroundnotifications for the Filo App.
On some devices, different categories or buttons may have a different name, but overall the functionality is the same.
