This behavior could be due to a low battery, replace the battery to easily resolve the situation.
Watch this video to replace the battery on your Filo Tag:
- Open your Filo Tag by levering the side where the red strap is positioned.
- Remove the CR2032 battery and replace it with one of the same model. Respect the correct polarity of the battery, which must be inserted with the + symbol facing up and to the left.
- Close the Filo Tag by first pressing from the bottom then up on the body making the two ends adhere well.
When the new battery is inserted, the chip will emit a green light and a short sound, this means that the inserted battery is charged and functioning.
