If you have a Filo Tag already paired to your phone don't worry it will still work proprerly!

Please just verify that you have settled the permission to the Filo app by going to Settings> Applications > Filo > Authorizations and check that Location is among the granted authorizations, otherwise click to authorize it.

If you are unable to connect the tracker correctly please contact our technical support team here or by Filo App.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you have successfully paired Filo to your phone, you no longer need to go through this process again.
