As soon as the courier takes charge of the shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
In the email you will find the link for tracking your order: click on it to check where your shipment is.
Do not worry if the tracking link is disabled or incorrect, it may take up to 48 working hours before you can view your shipment information.
You can also use that link to check any delivery attempts that have already been made or any problems the courier may have identifying your address.
We would like to remind you that the couriers do not deliver by appointment and there is no telephone contact for them.
