If you have a Filo Tag already paired to your phone will still work properly.  

Instead, in order to pair new Filo Tag, an issue that arises from updating your operating system could be related to certain authorizations that allow the Filo app to search for new devices.  (You can verify the operating system under Settings> Device Info > Software Info > Android Version).

To verify that this permission has been given to the Filo app go to Settings> Applications > Filo > Authorizations and check that Location is among the granted authorizations, otherwise click to authorize it.

Now follow the procedure clicking here to pair Filo to your smartphone.
