Open the Filo app, on the welcome screen click on "Start" and then on "Log in":
If you chose to log in using your Facebook account when you first registered, click on "Continue with Facebook". The app will remember your profile and you will be welcomed in!
If you have an iPhone and you chose to log in using your Apple ID when you first registered, click on "Log in with Apple". The app will take you to the screen where you can enter your detils and thus log in to the app.
If you chose to log in by email when you first registered, enter the email address and the password you used at the time.
Can't remember your password anymore?
If you don't remember your password click on "Forgot your password?". On the next screen you will need to enter the email address you used the first time and click "Submit". You will receive an email to that email address with quick and easy instructions for creating a new password.
If you chose to access via email the first time you registered BUT you do not remember which email address you used, contact our technical support by filling out this form.
